The first work in this technique, Icon was showed in 1990 at Sveagalleriet in Stockholm. This version Icon IV was made in 1992. The humidity of the air is used and differences in its temperature compared to the surrounding air gives the moisture of the air as material of images or a kind of water-frost-ice drawings that slowly emerge from the smooth surface. The idea of materialize something immaterial was central in this object. The patterns hidden in the work turn on and off at different times. It is in a process of growing and decrease. The image surface never becomes static. It is in constant change.
